Copy Paste/ Clipboard sync used to work previously and never had issues with it for years now. Suddenly it stopped working. I am trying to copy from my Macbook and paste to GotoMyPc remote session and vice versa. Please assist.

Which versions of Windows and Mac OS are you using? Does this primarily happen when you are connecting to a Host PC from a Mac?

@GlennD Remote machine is Windows 11 and Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1. I was connecting to Remote from my Mac.

Can you please try updating your G2P host app version? We have set you up for a latest app upgrade. You should be able to do by going to host machine, click on GoToMyPC tray icon, right click on it. Click on "Check for updates" and click on yes for upgrade pop-up.
